IMPROVING YOUR KITCHEN TO SELL
Dollars spent on kitchen improvements usually pay major dividends when you sell your home. As the heart of the home, the appearance and functionality of the kitchen is very important to prospective buyers. Your kitchen doesn’t have to be new and state-of-the-art, but it should look its best.
Your kitchen should be spotlessly clean and well organized while your home is on the market. The counter tops should be clean and free of clutter, and all the surfaces should shine. If your linoleum is outdated and worn, investing in attractive new floor covering can make a much better impression on buyers. Appliances should be polished and in good working order. You may want to add a few decorator touches, refresh the walls with new paint or replace old-fashioned cabinets or appliances.
If you are planning to sell your home and need some advice in this area, I will be happy to discuss your options with you.
